Finding a mentor is undoubtedly a difficult task, and maintaining that relationship is even more difficult. Following are the tips that will help you maintain your relationship with your dream coaches or mentors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Make a Commitment Thread<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want to maintain your mentor-mentee relationship, you have to set a commitment thread that assists you as a mentee in attaining meaningful goals. It will also give the mentor an impression that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inc.com\/marla-tabaka\/16-tips-to-find-right-business-coach-to-help-you-reach-your-goals.html\">you are responsible<\/a> and committed to the process. It will also promote transparency and the fulfillment of your key goals and targets. In short, the idea here is to stay focused and be on the same page with your business coach. The commitment thread includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Establishing expectations and objectives.<\/li><li>Creating agendas that are easy to understand for both.<\/li><li>Establishing a realistic timetable for achieving the goals.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>When things are clearly stated, mentor-mentee relationships thrive and grow more strongly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Honesty and Trust<\/strong> is a Must Have<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trust and honesty are the foundations of any relationship and this golden relationship rule also applies to you and your business coach. Having these qualities will help you build a strong relationship with your coach and you will be able to maintain it in the long run because you both will be well aware that there is trust and honesty. It will improve mutual understanding and trust with your coach. Moreover, it is an important thing for finding solutions to the problems that may arise in your business or self-growth journey. So, instead of shying away from this, you have to make sure that you are attentively listening to the useful advice that your mentor has for you. It is quite possible that at times that advice is way challenging or highly demanding but that&#8217;s how it&#8217;s gonna be! If you want to up your game and be really successful in your business and life, you have to be accountable and move out of your comfort zone. So, brace up and listen to what your coach has to say!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nurturing a productive relationship with your business coach is not complicated but it does require you to give in your full.
